theHunter is a series of simulated video games developed by “Expansive Worlds” and published by its parent company, Avalanche Studios.
The first game in the series, known as theHunter, was developed and published by Emote Games, in collaboration with Avalanche Studios, and released in April 2009.
Subsequently, Avalanche Studios bought the franchise rights and opened “Expansive Worlds” a subsidiary that will focus exclusively on the development of theHunter.
Independently developed and expanded, theHunter: Primal, and published by Expansion Worlds Studios and Avalanche, and released in March 2015.
How to Play:
Hunter games are played as a first person hunting games that recreate wild animal hunting in as realistic as possible.
The initial setting is on Open World Island based on various locations, including the Washington State Islands and Oceans of The United States,also the Australian outback, the French Alps and more.
It features five stalkable animal species, white kelp deer, European rabbit, cotton tail rabbit, snow shoe rabbit and the game is fully playable at no cost.
